MPA Developments, LLC (“MPAD”) has opened the first medical office building (“MOB”) on the St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital campus in Lavonia, Georgia.
In a somewhat unique business model, physicians along with MPAD jointly own and manage the building while leasing space to market physicians and the hospital. The building is a two-story, 35,000 gross square feet that is integrated into the hospital building for easy patient access and physician and medical staff productivity. This professional office building offers a wide range of medical specialties including: Oncology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Ophthalmology, OB/GYN, Audiology and Urology.
