Mr. Watson is a Vice President with MPA Developments, LLC, a subsidiary of Medical Partners of America. He specializes in real estate development, construction management, financial analysis, strategic planning and execution services for investor/partners on healthcare projects.

Mr. Watson’s strong background in the construction management and general contracting arenas is a valuable asset to MPA. As an experienced project management professional with a solid financial management background Ben combines exceptional time and people management skills in his role as Vice President with MPA Developments, LLC.

Prior to joining MPA, Ben was a Project Engineer at Hogan Construction Group (Atlanta) responsible for managing multiple construction projects ranging in value from $1– $5M in the government / public service sectors. During his time with Hogan, Ben prepared cost projections, schedules and monthly owner payment applications. Ben reviewed and processed subcontractor payment requests, as well as reviewed all submittals / shop drawings to ensure projects were completed on time and within budget.

Ben Watson received his Bachelors of Science Degree, Cum Laude, in Construction Management with concentration in Land Development, and minor in Business Administration from Southern Polytechnic State University. While in college, he was a part of several honors programs with memberships in Sigma Lambda Chi (International Construction Honors Society) and Alpha Chi (National College Honors Society).
